The Tech Stack I Use For High-Performance
Learning Path 1 / Lesson 11

Welcome to Lesson 11 of The Purposeful Performer!
The right tools don't just organize your work—they transform your entire approach to performance.
Today, I'm sharing the specific personal tech stack that helped me earn a lot of money, stay healthy, and have complete control over my schedule. Outside of my calendar and sales-specific tech, there were three core tools I relied on (and still do), which I’ll unpack in today’s lesson.
Total points up for grabs: 15

How I kept everything organized
"Tools amplify your talent. The better your tools, and the better you know how to use them, the more productive you can be."
Over the past two lessons, I shared a weekly organization and daily execution system that kept my big-producing years on track. As I’ve mentioned throughout this first learning path, it wasn’t industry knowledge, higher education, or a vast network that got me ahead; it was being highly purposeful with my time, energy, and attention.
By tuning out the noise of modern life and the drama that can ensue in the corporate tech world, I stayed committed to my progress—something Salesforce couldn’t capture.
I’ll break down each key use case and show you how to incorporate it into your workflow.

“Productivity isn't about being a workhorse, keeping busy, or burning the midnight oil ... It's about making certain choices and avoiding others."
Why does it matter for a Level II Revenue Generator?
Most revenue generators I coach are trapped in one of two scenarios:
They're using too many disconnected apps, creating a fragmented workflow that adds complexity rather than reducing it.
They use too few tools, relying on memory or basic notes that inevitably lead to dropped balls and missed opportunities.
Both scenarios drain the mental bandwidth you need for strategic thinking and high-value creative work.
The problem isn't finding the perfect app—it's building the right system around the inputs that matter most. Throughout my career pursuing massive deals with Fortune 500 companies, I experimented with dozens of wearables and productivity apps before settling on three essentials that created the foundation for my seven-figure earning years:
WHOOP: For 24/7 tracking and visibility into my sleep, recovery, and stress
Todoist: The trusted system I used to capture everything I need to get done in my personal and work life
Sunsama: Where I calmly (and without distraction) orchestrated my work by connecting my calendar, email, and tasks into a single place
This combination—reinforced through the CADI Framework (Weekly Organization System) and DFC Framework (Daily Execution System)—enabled a crucial mental shift from "I have to do this" to "I get to do this." When you eliminate, automate, or outsource low-value tasks, what remains are the actions that truly move you forward—work that energizes rather than depletes you.
As a strategic seller, this shift is transformative, allowing you to approach each day with purpose rather than obligation. You make significant strides to fully own your calendar and build the life you want on your terms. With enough consistency and 2-3 mega deals under your belt, true freedom begins to take shape.

“A good system shortens the road to the goal."
Here’s a breakdown of why I chose each tool and how I purposefully used them to sustain peak performance.
